Built on over a decade of R&D from Oxford and Boston Universities, CulturePulse introduces ARES, a revolutionary multi-agent AI platform for risk forecasting that transforms how societal dynamics are understood, analysed, and predicted.

CulturePulse pioneered a social digital twin approach - psychologically realistic AI simulations replicating complex social dynamics and behaviour patterns - leveraging a unique architecture combining natural language processing, multi-agent AI technology, and cognitive science frameworks. The platform is built on the proprietary ARES AI. The system requires no retraining and supports 93 psychological dimensions and 200 languages. It enables near-real-time event forecasting while capturing the psychological drivers of public sentiment and collective actions. Its prediction accuracy is up to 300% higher than state-of-the-art models.

Our solution is poised to disrupt a multibillion-dollar market and drive substantial societal and economic benefits by enhancing prediction accuracy and reducing losses associated with poorly informed policies and decisions.

CulturePulse has successfully developed the ARES 2.0 version and has validated the approach in activities that support social cohesion, conflict resolution, policy development, and enhanced government communication strategies. The current solution stands at TRL 6. The EIC grant will be strategically used for further R&D and validations to ensure ARES scalability. The equity part will be used to enter the market and ensure broad outreach.
