Inspired by the human brain's remarkable ability to perform complex computations with minimal energy consumption, we have developed revolutionary AI hardware that redefines the boundaries of computational efficiency. Our SpiNNaker2 chip and SpiNNcloud system translate millions of years of biological evolution into cutting-edge technology, delivering brain-like performance while dramatically reducing energy requirements. As generative AI and large language models drive unprecedented demand for computational resources, traditional GPU-based architectures are reaching their fundamental limits, creating a mounting crisis in energy consumption, cost, and accessibility. The SpiNNcloud platform addresses these challenges through a groundbreaking architecture that uniquely integrates three critical capabilities: the reliability of symbolic systems, the efficiency of neuromorphic computing, and the raw processing power of GPU-based hardware. By reimagining how AI systems process information, we enable new possibilities in AI that were previously computationally prohibitive. Through EIC support, we will scale our technology to establish Europe as a global leader in sustainable AI computing.
