Viksit Bharat @2047 aims to build a developed, technologically advanced, economically resilient and sustainable India. Achieving this vision requires integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), mathematics, physics, digital commerce and sustainability. This paper proposes a framework called Mathematical-Physical Intelligence (MPI), combining mathematical modelling, physical sciences, AI and digital economic systems for intelligent decision-making. Mathematical tools such as optimization, probability, statistics, graph theory and differential equations support complex problem-solving. Physics enables technologies including semiconductors, renewable energy, quantum computing, sensors and communication networks. AI transforms data into predictive and prescriptive decisions across energy, agriculture, healthcare and finance. Digital commerce connects these technologies with economic activities and value creation. Sustainability constraints ensure that technological and economic growth remains environmentally responsible. The MPI framework can support India's transition towards a knowledge-driven, innovative and sustainable developed economy by 2047.
