In summer 2020, the Julabü's talentCAMPus GET STARTED!BUILD THE FUTURE!Simply save the world -WHV 2030 (transl.J.W.) took place in cooperation with the Junge Volkshochschule Wilhelmshaven and the Point Youth Centre.The summer holiday offer for children and young people aged 10 to 14 falls between lockdowns during the COVID-19 pandemic.As they enter the building of the WHV adult education centre, the participants quickly pull FFP2 masks out of their trouser pockets and onto their faces.We walk past COVID-19 information signs and a table with disinfectant.The chairs in the auditorium of the adult education centre are meticulously spaced so that the participants sit on the blue upholstered metal chairs 1.5 metres apart.The chairs creak as they sit down.They only take off their masks when they are seated.Theatre maker and workshop leader Frank Fuhrmann introduces the theatre educators and actors with whom he leads the talentCAMPus.Over the course of several days, future scenarios are developed in conversations, improvisations, scenes and still images, which are presented to adult experts in everyday life as well as parents and family during and at the end of the week.After a welcome round in which the children and young people introduce themselves to each other from their seats, Fuhrmann asks how the pandemic has gone for the participants so far.[→] Some fingers shoot up.One participant stretches up particularly high.Some of them express frustration and
