This thesis examines the relationship between AI literacy and intrapreneurial intentions among white-collar employees. A quantitative survey of 100 knowledge workers reveals a significant positive association, mediated by self-efficacy. AI literacy is associated with higher intrapreneurial intentions by strengthening confidence in one’s abilities. Innovation culture acts as an independent positive predictor but does not reinforce the effect of AI literacy. Additionally, shorter tenure correlates with higher intentions. The study concludes that AI’s corporate value lies in psychological empowerment, suggesting organizations must build confidence to effectively promote internal entrepreneurship. Findings contribute to intrapreneurship research and offer clear implications for future research.
