AI Ethics Integrated with Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam for Viksit Bharat @2047

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming a major driver of India's digital transformation. It is expected to impact governance, education, healthcare, finance, employment and everyday life as India moves towards the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047. However, this rapid development and adoption of technology also creates a growing gap between technological progress and the ability of individuals and society to adapt. This paper describes this condition as Technorapid, an accelerating pace of technological change that can exceed human, social, institutional and ethical adaptive capacity. The paper proposes that digital transformation should not remain confined to policies and institutional documents. Its success should ultimately be visible on the ground, in the lived experience of its citizens. AI-driven development needs to be evaluated through its ability to improve access, dignity, inclusion, education, employment and quality of life. This paper explores Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, the principle that the world is one family, as a philosophical foundation for a human-centered approach to AI ethics. It argues that India's technological progress should be complemented by human adaptation, ethical governance and mechanisms that ensure that the benefits of AI reach diverse sections of society. The paper concludes that the true measure of Viksit Bharat @2047 should not be how advanced India's technologies become, but how meaningfully those technologies improve human live and national progress
