Finding a parking space in congested urban environments is a growing challenge for customers, businesses, and city planners. This chapter examines how artificial intelligence is transforming parking management through IoT sensors, predictive analytics, automated guidance systems, digital payments, and machine learning technologies. Drawing on the Technology Acceptance Model, Service-Dominant Logic, Customer Experience Theory, and Diffusion of Innovation Theory, the chapter proposes a six-stage framework explaining how AI-enabled parking solutions influence customer experience, brand perception, and loyalty. Evidence from international case studies across Singapore, Dubai, India, and South Korea demonstrates improvements in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance. The chapter also discusses cybersecurity, privacy, governance, and inclusion challenges, concluding that smart parking systems create sustainable value when technology is combined with customer-centric design and responsible data practices.
